RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your items, we accept returns based on the following conditions:

1. You (the customer) must request a return slip by emailing contact@maisonlaubarede.com before despatching the item
2. This request must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery
3. You (the customer) are responsible for organising, and the cost of the return. This includes packing the item, shipping costs, insurance and import duties. We may be able to help with organising the logistics of the return
4. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. This will be deducted from the refund

The returned item must be in the same condition as when sold. Any damages are the responsibility of you (the customer).

 

DAMAGES POLICY

It is important that you check the items received immediately upon delivery, prior to signing for the items. If there is damage, you must follow the below:
1. Notify the delivery person of the damage
2. Ensure the delivery person records a clear description of the damage and ensure there are photos and take a copy of this
